How does this work?
Coming in to meet someone you don’t know and consider sharing your most vulnerable self can be a daunting task. So let me give you some ideas about what to expect and hopefully relieve some of the tension surrounding that first visit. Think of it as a first date, only not nearly as bad. We will spend time getting to know one another. You will ask me questions, I will ask you questions and we will establish a rapport conducive to working together. We will discuss your reasons for coming in and seeking counseling and discuss some goals that might help you find what you are looking for in the process.
As we move forward, we will devise a treatment plan, which will be like our GPS to guide us along the path toward reaching those goals you set. Generally, we will begin meeting weekly and as we move through the work, we may decrease or increase the meetings based on your progress/need and your preferences.
Consultations are available and are scheduled for 60 minutes at $250. Individual sessions are scheduled for 50 minutes at $175; couples, 60 minutes at $200; families, 60 minutes at $250 per session; with limited spaces for sliding scale options available. Currently, I am taking appointments on evenings and weekends; with a few slots for early morning weekday appointments.
